On-site manufacturing eliminates many of the transportation limitations associated with finished trusses, allowing us to build custom roof and floor trusses for projects where size, road access, or site conditions make conventional delivery difficult or impractical.

Trusses Unlimited offers proprietary, patent-pending passive fire protection systems that, on many projects, can be incorporated for a fraction of one percent of the overall construction cost.
Because the protection is integrated into the truss system from the beginning, we can provide meaningful improvements in passive fire protection that would otherwise be difficult or considerably more costly to achieve through conventional construction methods. Our systems are designed to slow the spread of fire through concealed truss spaces and extend the time before fire exposure can lead to structural failure or collapse of the trusses.*
